RETURN POLICY
Due to the delicacy of our silk products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All items are final sale.
EXCHANGES
We only replace products if they are faulty or damaged.
FAULTS
All items are hand packed securely with love and care. In the rare case you receive your product/s with a fault or received the incorrect product/s please contact hello@silkdripthelabel.com.au with pictures of the fault within 48hrs of receiving your product/s. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return your product/s. Please note – All orders are inspected thoroughly for faults before dispatch by our QC team.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within Australia.
For orders under $100 a standard shipping fee of $10 will be applied at checkout and will take 3-7 business days.*
Express shipping for all orders will be a fee of $15 applied at checkout and will take 1-3 business days.*
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all international orders over $250.
Standard shipping fee for all international orders is $28 and will take 10+ business days.*
Express shipping fee for all international orders is $45 and will take 4-7 business days.*
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are shipped from Melbourne. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. We will send you shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.
